Hikayat Noor — 'stories of light' — is an AI-powered venture inspired by Arabian heritage, craft and the enduring human need to be told something meaningful. It is also the proof behind the advice on this site.
Origin
It began with a simple question: what should this object make a person feel?
Not “what can we sell”. The starting point was emotional and cultural — a wish to give Arabian heritage a dignified, contemporary voice, and to create something warm and tangible in an increasingly artificial world. Belonging, continuity between tradition and modernity, a world children and adults could both enter.
From that conviction came a canon: a prologue, chapters, characters with symbolic origins, naming rules, visual codes and quality standards. Then the products that carry it, the partnerships that distribute it, and the operating model that runs it.
AI is woven throughout — as a creative collaborator, a consistency engine, and a force multiplier that lets a small team hold a large ambition. Used with judgement, never as a substitute for meaning.

Lessons that shape my advice
- Narrow to launch. An ecosystem vision still needs one commercial entry point. “Not now” is not “never”.
- Governance beats vigilance. Personal review does not scale; canon, ownership and versioning do.
- Ship before it is perfect. Beyond a point, more precision stops reducing risk and starts postponing learning.
